Passenger cars
Provide the model name and describe its movement condition. If any issue affects movement or access, mention it in the enquiry. Cars pictured here are illustrations; they are not a list of models approved for shipment.
SUVs, MPVs and 4×4 vehicles
State the specific model, additional accessories and relevant modifications. Do not rely on an SUV or MPV label alone to assume identical dimensions or handling requirements. If the operator requests measurements or additional photographs, confirm the units and how to provide them.
Motorcycles and other vehicles
If your enquiry concerns a motorcycle or another vehicle, provide its type and model clearly. Ask the operator to check whether the request can be accepted and which preparation instructions apply. Do not use a car guide as confirmation of method, acceptance or price for a different vehicle.
Condition and important changes
Mention if the vehicle cannot move, has faults or is modified. If details change after a quotation, request another assessment before handover. The answer needs to refer to your actual vehicle and route, rather than a broad category alone.
